CANCELLATION POLICY
*Notice Requirement: Clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a fee of $100. *Same-day cancellations/reschedules or no-shows: The full cost of the scheduled service will be charged to the card on file. *Non-Refundable Deposits: Deposits are non-refundable and will be applied to the service cost. If the appointment is canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice, the deposit will be forfeited. *Rescheduling Policy: Clients are allowed to reschedule their appointment once without penalty if notice is provided at least 48 hours in advance.
